We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a small return shipping fee is deducted from your refund unless you choose to receive store credit.

Choose Your Refund Method
Select between a refund to your original payment method or an Everlane store credit, which includes a waived return shipping fee.
Print and Package
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer if possible, and attach the label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
